1.2. Information We Collect Directly from You:

To gain access to the App, a parent must first apply for an account through the "New Parent Register Yourself" option on the login page. This registration form collects the following personal information directly from you as part of your application:

  • Student Name
  • Father's Name
  • Mother's Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • WhatsApp Number
  • Class

This information is submitted to United Public School for verification. If the application is approved, the school will create an account and provide the parent with login credentials.

1.3. Information We Do Not Collect Directly:

The App does not directly collect personal information from the user's device, such as:

  • Location data
  • Photos or media files (unless explicitly uploaded by the user to a specific feature, like a profile picture, which is then stored on the school's servers and not the App itself)
  • Contact lists
  • SMS or call logs

1.4. Log Data:

When you use the App, we collect standard log data that your device and our servers may automatically record. This information is non-personal and is used for diagnostics and to improve the App's performance. This may include:

  • Device type and operating system
  • App usage data, such as the features you access and the time spent on them.

  • Aadhaar Number
  • Category

However, certain core information cannot be changed by the user and must be updated by the school administration. This includes the Student's Name, Student ID, Class, and Academic Session.

Parents also have the right to request the deletion of their account and associated data. This can be done by filling out the "Mobile App Account Deletion Request Form" at the following link: https://unitedpublicschool.in/DeleteAccount.aspx.

Any requests regarding changes to this data or account deletion will be directed to the school office.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by parents and students enrolled at United Public School. The App displays data related to children under the age of 13, but does not directly collect information from them. The parent's consent for their child's data to be used within the App is implicitly granted when they enroll their child at the school and use this App to access that information.
